New York State Police, in collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Town of Lancaster Police Department, successfully carried out an operation to target persons involved in online child exploitation.
The operation, which lasted several days in Clarence and Lancaster, culminated in the arrest of multiple defendants charged with illegal child exploitation operations.
The detail sent professional investigators to enter internet sites where such crimes are frequently perpetrated. Investigators used modern cyber methods to identify and meet those attempting to exploit vulnerable youngsters on the internet.
The operation resulted in the arrest and charging of the following six individuals with various offenses:
CJ Wolf, 34-years-old
Lewiston
Charge: Attempted Rape in the Second Degree
Mohammed Hassan, 26-years-old
Buffalo
Charge: Two counts of Attempted Rape in the Second Degree
Jason Harroun, 46-years-old
Buffalo
Charge: Two counts of Attempted Rape in the Second Degree
Noah Jucha, 20-years-old
Grahamsville
Charges: Two counts of Attempted Rape in the Second Degree, Criminal Possession of Sexual Performance by Child
Domenic Folsom, 24-years-old
Lancaster
Charge: Two counts of Attempted Rape in the Second Degree
Aleksandr Tumash, 41-years-old
Lancaster
Charge: Attempted Rape in the Second Degree
Each of these individuals who were exposed throughout this investigation will be the subject of further historical investigations.
All defendants were apprehended, processed, and remanded to the Erie County Holding Center with no bond and scheduled arraignments.
