Massive Northern California Drug Bust Nets 146 Arrests, Nearly 400 Pounds of Narcotics

A sweeping drug operation in Northern California resulted in 146 arrests and the seizure of nearly 400 pounds of illegal drugs, six figures in cash, and dozens of firearms.

Between September 15 and September 19, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office joined forces with the California Highway Patrol, Colusa Police Department, Williams Police Department, and the district attorney’s office for Operation Folsom Blues, a multi-agency mission targeting drug traffickers.

The Colusa County Sheriff’s Office commended all participating agencies, praising their pace, coordination, and contribution to what it called an “unprecedented effort within the environs of Colusa County.”
