Amber Alert Canceled After Two Missouri Girls Located Safe In Indiana

UPDATE: The Missouri State Highway Patrol has canceled the Amber Alert as of noon on Saturday. Both girls were “safely found in Indiana,” according to MSHP.

ORIGINAL: The Missouri State Highway Patrol has issued an Amber Alert for two 12-year-old girls who were last seen Friday night at a high school football game in Rockport, Missouri. Authorities believe the girls were with a male suspect named “Alec” or “Alex.”

Emily Harrington, 12, was reported missing at 8:40 p.m. on Friday from 600 South Nebraska Street in Rock Port. She is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen dressed in a brown T-shirt, light-colored leggings, and cowboy boots. Harrington usually wears her hair in a bun and has a birthmark on the front of her neck.

Emma Sue Hale, also twelve, was last seen with Harrington. She is 5’2″ tall, weighs 120 pounds, and has dark blue hair and brown eyes. She was last spotted wearing a red Chiefs hoodie and black leggings. She has really long hair.

Investigators suspect the girls are traveling with a Caucasian male, possibly from California, whose name could be Alec or Alex. He may be driving a blue 2000 Buick Century two-door sedan with Missouri plate GD8W5J. There is presently no photo of the suspect available.
