Michael Pratt, the owner of GirlsDoPorn, received a 27-year prison sentence on Monday for sex trafficking hundreds of women.
During the hearing, 40 women addressed the court, many tearfully recounting their ordeals in San Diego hotel rooms. They urged the judge to impose the maximum punishment.
Most of the victims were between 18 and 21 years old when Pratt and his associates exploited them.
Pratt’s sentence is the harshest so far among all conspirators. Another conspirator, Valorie Moser, is scheduled for sentencing on Friday.
