Michigan Woman Accused Of Stealing $2 Million From General RV Center

A Michigan woman is accused of stealing over $2 million from her employer.

Last Monday, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced charges against New Boston resident Susan O’Hara, 56.

As a General RV Center employee in Wixom, she reportedly utilized her access to systems and client information to issue checks to a person whose identity she assumed and cashed.

She has been charged with three charges of stealing totaling $100,000 or more, using a computer to conduct a crime, forgery, and identity theft.

“Financial crimes cause real harm to Michigan businesses and consumers,” Nessel said. “I want to thank the Wixom Police Department for their investigative work and for referring this case to my office.”

“We will continue to work with our law enforcement partners to hold accountable those who abuse their positions for personal gain.”

O’Hara will next appear in the 33rd District Court on September 2.
