The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to locate Dino Roy Viloria, who was last contacted on Dec. 6, 2025, around 10:30 p.m.
Viloria was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket and gray sweatpants.
He is described as a Filipino male, standing 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with black and gray hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about Viloria’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Kern County Sheriff’s Office at 661-861-3110 or Secret Witness at 661-322-4040.
