A 43-year-old man was arrested Wednesday night after allegedly breaking into a home in northwest Bakersfield.
The Bakersfield Police Department reported that around 6:05 p.m., officers responded to a call for service at a residence in the 10000 block of Panther Falls Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers found the caller outside the home, stating that an unknown person had entered the residence. Police cleared the home and located the suspect, identified as Roque Cruz, 43.
Cruz was taken into custody and booked on burglary, robbery, and related charges.
