2 adults and 2 juveniles apprehended after overnight CVS robbery

The Sulphur Police Department reports that two adults and two juveniles have been apprehended as part of an overnight robbery investigation.

According to Major Jason Gully, officers were notified of a robbery in progress at the South Belglis Parkway CVS Pharmacy around 7:55 p.m. on Monday, October 6.

When authorities arrived, they discovered that two people had exited the store after the robbery and fled the area in a silver car waiting in the parking lot.

The Jennings Police Department executed a traffic stop on a vehicle matching the description provided by local law enforcement agencies at 8:41 p.m. Police executing the stop discovered two adult men and two youngsters inside the vehicle. All four were arrested.

The Sulphur Police Department said it is currently investigating the robbery and appreciates the Jennings Police Department’s assistance.
