In this episode, Mariah Perez – a freshman track & field athlete at Cookeville High School – tells us about her own technique and approach to each of her track events, and about her best performace in each event.

Mariah walks through the 100 meter, 200 meter, 4×100 relay, and 4×200 relay – while also talking about her experience with the sport of track, and hopes for next season.
