X’s & O’s: Cookeville Track & Field’s Maddox Beaty

In X’s & O’s, athletes show off their technical knowledge of their sports.

In this episode, Maddox Beaty – a junior track & field athlete at Cookeville High School – tells us about his own technique and approach to each of his track events, and about his best performace in each event.

Maddox walks through the 1600 meter, 4×400 relay, and 4×800 relay – while also talking about his experience with cross country, and hopes for next season.
