Winter Basketball Tournaments With Livingston’s Aleah Melton

During the winter break, many Upper Cumberland basketball teams are participating in tournaments around the holidays. The Livingston Lady Wildcats basketball team are currently taking part in the Smokey Mountain Christmas Classic in Gatlinburg. After Christmas, the Lady Wildcats are making their way to Thompson’s Station to play in the Holidays Hoops Fest.

Aleah Melton is a senior at Livingston Academy. The fourth year Wildcat has been on previous Christmas trips, and she tells us why they can be helpful on and off the court. Shee also talks about the parts she looks forward to and how the trips motivate players before and after they take place.
