Wildcats Win Crazy Double-OT Affair Over Watertown

The Livingston Academy Wildcats earned a big district win on Friday, as they defeated Watertown in double overtime by a final score of 69-66.

Trailing 28-24 at half, the Wildcats out-scored Watertown in the second half by a 30-26 margin to send the game into overtime.

The extra period wouldn’t be enough, as the teams were still tied at 62. In the second overtime, Livingston out-scored Watertown 7-4 to take home the big district victory.

Matthew Sells led all scorers with 32 points.

Livingston hosts York on Feb. 11 for their next game.
