White County Football Hires New Head Coach In Sparta

The White County Warriors football team were without a head coach shortly after the 2022 season ended. That vacancy has been filled with Curtis Beaty. Beaty has been an assistant with the Warriors for the past six seasons. He’s mainly been their defensive coordinator, but has also helped on the defensive line and on the offensive side of the ball the last two seasons.

Beaty is a graduate of Livingston Academy High School and won a state championship with the Wildcats in 2005. He takes over for Mark Frasier who went 9-3 this past season and won the Warriors their first ever playoff game.

Beaty joined UCSN to talk about the feelings of becoming Sparta’s new head coach, what it’ll be like to play in Region 4-4A and how to build on the success of coach Frasier.
