Warrior Football Falls In Finale To Goodpasture

The White County Warriors (5-5) finished their season with a 27-11 loss to Goodpasture at home.

White County got on the board in the second quarter when Malaki Dowell score on a 37-yard run to give the Warriors an 8-7 lead.

After a Goodpasture field goal, Will Cheeks took the lead back for the Warriors with a 27-yard field goal.

That was the last time the Warriors score however, as Goodpasture score the final 17 points of the game to win by a final count of 27-11.

Quarterback Sedryk Leftwich finished the game 4-12 passing for 21 yards and two interceptions, while Jayden Richmond led the team with 83 carries on 18 carries. Dowell finished with 71 yards and the lone score.
