Warriors Use Dominant Second Quarter To Down McMinn Co.

The White County Warriors won their second game in a row on Friday, as they defeated McMinn County by a final score of 90-67.

The second quarter proved to be the difference in the game, as the Warriors out-scored McMinn by a 26-10 count to take control of the game by halftime.

Grant Slatten was a force yet again, as he led the way with 34 points on 11-17 shooting from the field. That gives him 71 points through two games this season.

Masyn Winningham added 15 points on 7-9 shooting, while Kegan Dodson scored 14 points of his own.

The Warriors will be back in action at Coffee County on Nov. 25.
