Warriors Lose Late Contest To Pigeon Forge

The White County Warriors fell to Pigeon Forge on Friday by a final score of 7-5.

Leading 5-1 heading into the bottom of the fifth, the Warriors surrendered six runs over the final two frames to fall by the final of 7-5.

Tucker Allen was credited with White County’s only RBI of the game, and he produced two hits in the loss.

Dylan Nelson threw four innings of one-run ball as the starting pitcher, and struck out six batter. Dustin Guy entered in the fifth, and struggled in his one inning of work. In total, he gave up six runs and took the loss.

White County’s next game will be against South Doyle on Saturday.
