Warriorette Basketball Dominates Fourth Quarter, Defeats Coffee Co.

The White County Warriorettes hit all the right notes in the fourth quarter of their game on Monday against Coffee County, and it led them to a 49-46 victory.

Coffee took a 24-21 lead into halftime, and continued to build that lead with a 14-10 advantage in the third quarter. This gave them a 38-31 lead going to the final frame.

This is where the Warriorettes took over. With their backs against the wall, they used a dominant 18-8 advantage in the fourth to complete the comeback victory over Coffee County by a final score of 49-46.

After scoring her 1,000th point in their previous win, junior Gracie Dodgen led the Warriorettes again in scoring with 13 points. Mia Murray added 12 points of her own, and was the only other Warriorette in double figures.

Kanden Reeves contributed eight points to the win, while Kendreah Reeves scored seven.

White County will take on DeKalb County on Tuesday in Sparta.
