Warren Co Wins Back And Fourth Game Against LA Basketball

Warren County erased a first quarter deficit to beat Livingston Academy 71 to 66, Thursday night in Overton County.

The Pioneers relied on four double digit scorers to take down the Wildcats. Irving Espinoza did all of his scoring in the first and third quarters. Espinoza netted 20 points, 18 of those points came from behind the three point line.

Lacedric Cox dropped 16 points and Aiden Cummings score 13. D’Lano Spates rounded out the double digit scorers with 12 points.

Livingston Academy’s Matthew Sells torched Warren County for 32 points in the loss. Sells hit six of seven free throws and he poured in four shots from beyond the arch.

Will McDoanld scored 12 point for the Wildcats and teammate Nate Carwile scored 10 points.

Warren County plays again Saturday night in Byrdstown against Pickett County. Girls tip is set for 6 P.M.

Livingston Academy will not play again until December 19th at the Gatlinburg Christmas tournament.
