Cason Shadrick is a sophomore at Van Buren County High School. As a basketball and baseball player, this year Cason added a third sport to his schedule. As a first year cross country runner, Shadrick tells us about his adjustment to a new sport. He describes what got him into cross country and the ways he sees himself improving.
