Upperman Uses Stellar Second-Half To Down Lady Cats

The Upperman Lady Bees continued their strong start to the season with a 55-25 win over the Livingston Lady Cats.

After leading by nine at the break, Upperman’s defense took over and they out-scored LA 32-11 in the second half to seal the win.

Reagan Hurst led the charge for the Lady Bees, as she put up a game-high 24 points. Abigail Johnson added 14 points of her own, and Torie Brooks scored eight points.

Aleah Melton led Livingston with seven points.

Upperman’s next contest will take place on Dec. 10 at Smith County, while Livingston will take on DeKalb County on the same day.
