The TSSAA are finalizing arrangments for the 2021 Blue Cross Basketball Championships, as Division I will be making its return to MTSU’s Murphy Center.

This comes after the State Tournament was cut short a year ago due to Covid-19, and the games are still on track to be played as originally scheduled.

The Girls Tournament is set to be played on March 10-13, and the Boys Tournament will be on March 17-20. According to the official release, games played on Wednesday-Friday will be scheduled as three two-game sessions and tickets sold will be for a single session.

Tickets sold for the championship games on March 13 and 20 will be single-game tickets.

Division II will be hosted at Tennessee Tech’s Hooper Eblen Center, due to restrictions and public health concerns in Davidson County, cited by the TSSAA.

The two tournaments will be played on March 4-6, and four games will be played each day. Tickets will be sold for two different two-game sessions, and a ticket will only be good for one session.

This story will be updated as more information becomes available.
