The Backbone: Clay Co.’s Kaylee Riddle & Sonni Holaway

The Backbone is a segment that highlights a part of every high school team that doesn’t always get to see the spotlight – the support staff. Managers, bookkeepers, trainers, and more all come together so that teams can play their game.

In this edition, we have the managers for the Clay County Bulldogs Foottball Team – seniors Kaylee Riddle and Sonni Holaway. Riddle, who also manages the Lady Bulldogs Basketball Team, and Holaway break down what goes into being a manager, their gameday routines, why they’ve stuck with it for years, and more.
