Strong, Ashlock Send Bulldogs To Win Over RBS

The Clay County Bulldogs defeated Red Boiling Springs on Friday by a final score of 65-49.

The third quarter proved to be the difference, as the Bulldogs out-scored RBS by a 25-9 county to take control of the game.

This provided all the cushion they needed in a 65-49 win.

Grant Strong led all scorers with 24 points, while Jake Ashlock just missed a double-double with 17 points and nine rebounds. Jeff Spivey added 11 points.

Clay will be back in action when they play Van Buren on Feb. 14.
