Slatten Selected To Mid State All State Second Team For Warriors

White County junior guard, Grant Slatten, was recently selected to the Second Team All-Midstate team. Slatten, one of the many stellar juniors from the Upper Cumberland, helped lead the Warriors to a 23-8 regular season record and a 7-1 District Six, 3A record.

White County lost to Bradley Central 69 to 69 in the region semifinals. Slatten lead all scorers with a game high 26 points in that loss in White County.

Slatten currently holds an offer from Tennessee Tech and coach John Pelphrey. However, Slatten has drawn interest from schools across the southeast such as: Belmont, Chattanooga, Morehead State, Valparaiso, Western Carolina, and Western Kentucky.
