Sells, McDonald Lead LA Past Coffee Co

Livingston Academy’s Matthew Sells and Will McDonald combined for 49 of Livingston’s 76 points in the Wildcats 76-75 win over Coffee County Friday.

LA scored 28 second half points against Coffee County to come back and win.

Sells scored 25 points to lead all scorers. Sells hit all seven free throws he attempted and connected on two shots from three.

McDonald knocked down 10-12 free throws on his way to a 24 point afternoon. Eli Melton scored nine points for the Wildcats.

Aubrey Hollars added eight  points for Livingston and Parker Coleman and Hunter Coffman each scored six points each.

Livingston will play again Saturday at Cannon County High School at noon against Franklin.
