Livingston’s Coleman Out For Year With Torn ACL

Livingston Academy Quarterback Parker Coleman will miss the remainder of the season after tearing his ACL in the Wildcats’ Week Two game against Cookeville.

“He had an MRI done on Friday and it revealed the torn ACL,” Head Coach Bruce Lamb said. “It’s unfortunate for us and him because he was having such a great year so far.”

Coleman led the Wildcats to a 12-10 win over Westmoreland in Week One and had the LA offense working in rhythm early against the Cavaliers before the injury happened in the second quarter.

“It’s his senior year and he was doing a great job controlling the offense,” Lamb said. “We’re definitely going to miss that young man.”
