Lindsey Wright Commits To Cumberland

After many years of seeing very little success, the Monterey Lady Wildcat basketball team has seemingly turned a corner.

Lindsey Wilson becomes yet another of several girls basketball stars from Monterey to sign to play at the next level.

She will attend Cumberland University, and she leaves as the Lady Wildcats all time leading scorer. A goal, among several others, she is very proud of.

Head Coach Michelle Farley-Carson even said she knew all the way back in the eighth grade how special Wright could be.
