Lady Panthers Take Down White Co In Big 3A Matchup

The Stone Memorial Lady Panthers defeated the White County Warriorettes on Tuesday by a final score of 79-41.

The game was close after the first quarter, when Stone held a one-point lead, but the offense exploded in the second quarter as they out-scored White County 27-10 to take an 18-point lead into halftime.

The Stone Memorial defense kept the Warriorettes off-balance the entire night, and they earned a dominant 79-41 victory for their efforts.

Tessa Miller earned game-high honors in scoring with 19 points, while Annah Goss followed closely behind at 18. Emma Capps scored 16 points of her own.

Kanden Reeves led White with 12 points, and Morgan Quick added 10.

Stone Memorial will be back in action on Friday when they take on Rhea County, while the Warriorettes will play at Warren County.
