Lady Panthers Climb One Spot In 3A AP Top 10 This Week

Stone Memorial’s girls basketball team picked up two wins on the hardwood, and their twelfth in a row, which helped them move from eighth to seventh in this weeks Associated Press Top 10.

Last week the Lady Panthers beat Rhea County on the road 56 to 54 and they knocked off Warren County 66 to 43.

This Tuesday Stone Memorial beat Cookeville 61 to 50 at home in Crossville to improve their reguar season record to 19-1 and their district record a perfect 3-0.

Stone Memorial plays again this Saturday in Fentress County, against Clarkrange the number two ranked team in 1A basketball. The Lady Buffaloes are on an 11 game win streak.
