Lady Buffaloes Win Eighth Straight

The Clarkrange Lady Buffaloes won their eighth game in a row Thursday night against Rhea County 60 to 51, in the first round of the Sonic Shootout in Sparta.

With this win Clarkrange advances to play Macon County tomorrow night at White County High School at 4 P.M. Macon County handed the Lady Buffaloes their only loss of the season on opening night in Clarkrange.

Clarkrange jumped out to an 18 to six first quarter lead and never gave it back.

Seven Lady Buffaloes scored at least one basket against Rhea County. Kaylie Monday led Clarkrange in scoring with 20 points.

Makenzie Pile scored 13 points for the Lady Buffaloes and her teammate Kassie Monday scored 12 points.
