Lady Blue Devils Volleyball Earns Season Opening Victory
In a world ever changed by Covid19, it was the opening night for Lady Blue Devils volleyball and senior night as well. Jackson County bested Smith County 3-1 to secure a win in the first match of the season.
The Lady Blue Devils started off hot as they took the opening set 25-7. Smith County battled back to take set two 25-17 to knot the match up at 1-1.
Jackson County would take the next two sets 25-14 and 25-20, respectively, to close out the Owls on senior night in Gainesboro.
