Lady Bees’ Hurst Named To All-Midstate Second Team

Upperman Junior Reagan Hurst continued to add to her list of accolades for the 2019-20 season, as she was named to the All-Midstate Second Team.

She was the only Upperman player named to either team, as she led the Lady Bees to a State Tournament appearance with a 29-6 record. This included a 12-2 mark in district play, with the only two losses coming at the hands of top-ranked Macon County.

In the Lady Bees’ last contest, Hurst led them to a 59-42 win over Gatlinburg-Pittman in the State Quarterfinals.

Hurst was also a Class 2A Miss Basketball finalist, and was a member of the All-District, All-District Tournament and All-Region Tournament teams.
