Jets Football Falls At Walker Valley

The Cumberland County Jets (0-6) traveled to take on Walker Valley on Friday, and fell by a final score of 33-16.

The rushing attack garnered some success for the Jets, as Quarterback Trevor Parsons led the way with 127 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries.

Jacob Grenga also continued his solid play of late, as he led the team in rushing yards with 129 yards on 14 carries.

The passing game continued to struggle however, as Parsons only completed three of his eight pass attempts for 66 yards, though he did throw a touchdown.

Ronald Martin caught the lone touchdown pass of the game, a 24-yard strike for his second catch of the game.

The Jets will host Rockwood High School next week at 7 P.M.
