Golf: Clarkrange, Jackson Co, Upperman

Southern Hills Country Club played host to the Clarkrange, Jackson County and Upperman golf teams on Tuesday. All three teams played the back nine holes at the course.

The Upperman boys golf team won with a combined score of 158. Cason Mayberry led the way for Upperman with a 38. Will Spillers, and Riley Battilla both shot a 39. Reese Anderson, Jared Greenwood, and Drew Ramsey all scored 40 through nine holes.

Jackson County tallied a 190 as a team. Mason Wade shot, a one off the lead, 39. Clarkrange’s Three man team come in third. John Flowers shot a 50 for the best score for the Buffaloes.

On the girls side Upperman fired in a 77 for their top two girls. Juliann Johnson shot a 35 followed by Haley Jennings with a 42. Zoey Hall and MaKenzie Pile both shot a 51 for the lady Buffaloes.
