Girls Soccer State Championship Tournament Moved To Next Week

“Due to the current condition of fields at Richard Siegel Soccer Complex from this past weekend’s rain and the projected forecast for Wednesday and Thursday of this week, the decision has been made to postpone the 2019 Girls Soccer State Championships,” said the TSSAA in an email.

The Cumberland County Jets girls soccer team won their sub state game this past weekend 1-0 against Sequatchie County.

This is the first time that the Jets girls soccer program has advanced to the State Tournament.

When they do play they will face South Gibson High School (14-4-1) in the quarterfinals in Murfreesboro at the Siegel Soccer Complex.
