First Half Struggles Doom Warren Co Basketball

The Warren County Boys basketball team was outscored in each of the first three quarters, on their way to a 71 to 61 loss Monday night in McMinnville.

Warren County’s record falls to 7-4 as the Pioneers have lost two straight.

D’Lano Spates scored 10 points to lead the Pioneers. Spates was the only Warren County player in double digits.

Chance Hunter hit three third quarter three’s for his nine points. Aiden Cummings and Eli Kuykendall each scored eight points.

Warren County’s scheduled games agains DeKalb County for this Tuesday night has been moved to January 27th.
