Eagles Golf Battled Smith Co Thursday Afternoon

Thursday afternoon the Van Buren County Eagles boys and girls golf teams took on Smith County, at Fall Creek Falls Country Club.

The girls were led by Morgan Bouldin with a 63 and teammate Jessie Delon finished with a 72 for a two girl total of 135.

Adam Simmons lead the way for the boys with a low round of 56. Rance McBirde also kept his nine hole score in the 50’s with a 59. Dylan Simmons finished the day with a 64 while Chas Moffit fired in a 65.

The Eagles will be back in Action Tuesday, August 11th on the road against Cannon County.
