Dunaway, Graves Lead Lady Cavs Over Rhea Co

The Cookeville Lady Cavs defeated Rhea County on Friday by a final score of 56-46.

Cookeville took an eight-point lead into the second quarter, and it grew to double-digits at 25-15 by the time the halftime buzzer sounded.

That lead held up in the second half, as the Lady Cavs held off any attempt by Rhea County to come back in the 56-46 victory.

Katie Dunaway led the Lady Cavs in scoring with 15 points, while KK Graves scored 14 points.

Cookeville will take on this same team in the District Tournament.
