DeKalb Run-Rules Lady Jets Softball
The DeKalb County Tigerettes used 18 runs in the first two innings to take down Cumberland County 18-2 on Friday.
The middle of the Tigerettes order did a bulk of the damage, as Megan Walker, Kenzie France and Emme Colwell combined for six hits and eight runs driven in to lead the charge.
Kyleigh Hill drove in two runs of her one, and Ellie Cripps and Jacey Hatfield each drove in a run.
France got the start in the circle, as she pitched three innings of two-run ball with seven strikeouts.
