Bobcats Basketball Battles Back For Win Against Warren Co

The Pickett County boys basketball team used an 18 to zero run to start the third quarter to beat Warren County 63 to 59 Saturday night in Byrdstown.

The Bobcats John Parker Regan scored a game high 21 points. Eight of Regan’s 21 came in the third quarter.

Will Amonett added 14 points for Pickett County and his brother Zach scored 13. 10 of Will’s 14 came in the second half.

Warren County’s Irving Espinoza scored 17 points. D’Lano Spates scored 12 for the Pioneers and Aiden Cummings scored 10 points.

Warren County plays this Monday night against Cannon County.

The Lady Bobcats do not play until Tuesday night against Trousdale County on the road.

Both girls tip times are at 6 P.M.
