Jackson County’s baseball team lost, on the road, against Smith County 9 to 0 on Friday night in Carthage.
Smith County scored two runs in the first three innings and one run each in the fourth through sixth innings.
Jackson County will play again on Monday on the road in Fentress County against Clarkrnage.
