AP Top 10 Drops Lady Bobcats Two Spots After Loss

The Pickett County girls basketball dropped only their second game of the season last week, to Clarkrange. That loss saw the Lady Bobcats fall from third to fifth in this weeks Associated Press Top 10 Class 1A poll.

Last Tuesday’s loss marked the first time that Pickett County had lost in 13 games. Pickett County picked up a 64 to 56 win over Trousdale County on Friday night.

This week the Lady Bobcats play district games, both at home, against Gordonsville, on Tuesday, and Red Boiling Springs, on Friday.
