Amonett Brothers Combine For 47 In Win Over Trousdale

The boys basketball team in Pickett County won their second game of the week against Trousdale County 68 to 55, in Byrdstown Friday night.

Zach and Will Amonett combine for 47-points on the night. Zach led all scorers with a game high 34 points as he hit eight of nine shots from deep. Will added 13 points and he hit three shots from behind the three point line.

Pickett County finished the night 13 of 13 from the free throw line.

The Bobcats improve their regular season record to 13-8, and 5-5 in district play. Pickett County plays against Gordonsville, Tuesday night in Byrdstown.
