Inside, authorities discovered several cartons and a Sesame Street-style school bus toy containing thousands of fentanyl pills totaling approximately five kilograms (11 pounds).

Further research found that Higuera German was illegally present in the United States and had been deported five times before. According to the news release, he is now facing federal charges and might be deported again.
